AS-IS WARRANTY & LIMITED LIABILITY POLICY

1. Sale “As-Is”

All products sold by Four Rabbit LLC are provided on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Rabbit LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • ●  Implied warranties of merchantability

  • ●  Fitness for a particular purpose ● Non-infringement

● Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade

The customer acknowledges that they are purchasing the product in its current condition and assume all risks related to its use.

2. No Guarantee of Performance

The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended use.

3. Damaged Items Upon Delivery
If a product arrives physically damaged during shipping, the customer must:

1. Notify us in writing within 10 days of delivery.

2. Provide clear photos of:

  • ○  The damaged item

  • ○  The packaging

  • ○  The shipping label

    If the damage is verified and reported within the required timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • ●  Replace the item (if available), or

  • ●  Issue a partial or full refund

    Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe voids any claim for shipping-related damage.

    4. Missing Pieces or Components

    If a product is missing parts or components:

  1. The customer must notify us within 10 days of delivery.

  2. Provide documentation (photos and description of missing items).

Upon verification, we may:

  • ●  Ship the missing components at no additional charge, or

  • ●  Offer a partial refund
    Claims submitted after the stated timeframe may not be honored.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Rabbit LLC shall not be liable for:

  • ●  Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • ●  Loss of profits or revenue

  • ●  Personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse

  • ●  Improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repair

    Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

    6. Customer Responsibility

    The customer agrees to:

  • ●  Inspect the product immediately upon delivery

  • ●  Use the product according to any provided instructions

  • ●  Assume responsibility for proper use

    7. Final Sale

    Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only permitted in cases of verified shipping damage or missing components as described above.
