Why We Dye

I hope you have enjoyed our natural dye tutorials. If you haven’t seen them, check it out HERE.

I have been out of work (at my regular job) since March. This time has been wonderful for creating and reflecting. It has also given me time to dive deeper into natural dyeing and share that process with you. The natural dye tutorial series was created both as a way to experiment with what we have on hand and to make natural dyeing accessible to anyone that has been interested in starting their natural dye journey.

The process, the dyeing, recording for instagram highlights, and writing has been a light during the pandemic. I hope that you have found the tutorials to be fun and engaging. If you have a new found love for dyeing, I want to hear all about it! Feel free to leave notes about your natural dye journey in the comments below.

Feel free to reach out with any questions big or small. I look forward to seeing what colors you are creating.
